How to tell your version number

The GraFit version number can be found using the Help About command.

Upgrade requirements

You must have already purchased and installed GraFit 5.

To upgrade to version 5.0.13

Download the Update5_0_13.exe file by clicking on one of the links below. This is a self-extracting executable that contains the files necessary for the upgrade.
Run the Update5_0_13.exe file. This will update your installation to the latest GraFit revision.

What if the update fails?

The Update5_0_13.exe file works by overwriting portions of your original installation. For this to function properly it is essential that the initial installation is valid. If any files are missing (they have been deleted or corrupted) then the update will fail. If this happens you should do the following:

Re-install GraFit from your original CD. This will ensure that all necessary files are present.
Run the Update5_0_13.exe file again. This should now work correctly.
